   LLANARMON   The West Arms Hotel

  LLANARMON   The Hand at Llanarmon  

Set in the glorious countryside of the upper Ceiriog Valley, The Hand at Llanarmon, with its oak beams and (in winter) blazing log fires, epitomizes the best in the traditional British country inn. The bar embraces local people and travellers alike, and the unique candle-lit dining room offers an excellent menu in relaxed, informal surroundings. In 2007 the commitment of our Head Chef, Grant Mulholland, and his team has been recognised by the awards not only of a prestigious AA rosette for the quality of their food, but also of an AA 'egg-cup' for outstanding breakfasts.  All our rooms are en-suite and equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities (including ground coffee and cafetieres).

   RUTHIN    Manorhaus   

Manorhaus is a 4 star boutique eight-bedroom townhouse restaurant with rooms offering stylish accommodation and excellent facilities including Private Cinema, Library, Fitness room and Sauna and steam room.    RUTHIN   The Wynnstay Arms Brasserie Restaurant with Rooms

This recently refurbished inn in the centre of Ruthin has 7 en-suite rooms and a cafe-bar serving traditional style food. We also have a contemporary option in award winning Fusions Brasserie with two AA Rosettes. We suggest reservations are made for Fusions at the time of booking your room as it is often becomes full.   WHITEBROOK near MONMOUTH   The Crown at Whitebrook

Having been awarded a Michelin Star in 2007 The Crown at Whitebrook is the perfect venue for food lovers. A romantic auberge set in three acres of gardens and pasture at Whitebrook, a small village just 5 miles from Monmouth and one mile from the River Wye. The early parts of the Inn were built between 1670 and 1707. In 1973 it was carefully restored and modernised, retaining the original Inn as the restaurant and lounge/bar and extending to provide new accommodation. In creating his Michelin Star menus James Sommerin uses only the very best of fresh local produce and classic French disciplines with imaginative flair. The atmosphere remains warm and homely with service being both attentive and appropriately relaxed.
